PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce the ground by forming a block body made of plastic gel itself in the ground, by pushing soil grains to the periphery while forming the block body made of plastic gel in the ground, without deviating to outside of a predetermined range to be improved due to splitting or without raising the ground. SOLUTION: With the press-in pressure of the plastic gel intermittently changed, press-in is performed by one of the followings or combination thereof: (1) stepped-pressurization is repeated to perform press-in; and (2) the pressure is increased. While descending is intermittently repeated, press-in is performed. (3) while press-in/suspension is repeated, press-in performed. (4) while pulsation is repeated, press-in is performed.
