PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper/stopper which serves as a stopper and exerts an excellent buffer function. SOLUTION: A main body mounted to the other structure comprises a warpage member 21 which is composed of a flat surface-like steel plate constituted by putting lower sides of the two same trapezoids together via a center line, and a pair of wall members 22 which make a central portion of the warpage member 21 sandwiched between opposed cylindrical surfaces 22a. The warpage member 21 has such a size that both tips thereof protrude from the wall member 22, and a pressing portion which is attached to one structure is arranged in such a manner that a protrusion 11 faces both the tips of the warpage member 21 for the main body. When one structure is not displaced with respect to the other structure, play exists between the protrusion 11 and the tip of the warpage member 21. When one structure is displaced with respect to the other structure, the protrusion 11 abuts on the tip of the warpage member 21.
