PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium putout device capable of stably putting out premiums. SOLUTION: On the front surface of a device body 2, a door for ejecting the premium to be opened and closed when putting out the premium Q is provided. A premium putout port 27 for putting out the premium Q is provided on the back side of the door for ejecting the premium, and the detection piece 73 of a premium removal sensor S3 is projectingly provided at the bottom part 27s of the premium putout port 27. Even when the premium Q is returned to the premium putout port 27 after the premium Q put out from the premium putout port 27 is removed, the state of the premium Q in the premium putout port 27 is surely detected. Thus, the door 24 for ejecting the premium is prevented from being closed in the state that the premium Q remains in the premium putout port 27 and the ejection of the premium Q is prevented from becoming impossible.
