PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game management system to output an optimum correspondence procedure regarding the maintenance of game parlor equipment. SOLUTION: The game management system to output the correspondence procedure regarding the abnormality of the game parlor equipment recognizably to an operator is equipped with a candidate memorizing means for memorizing a candidate of the correspondence procedure, an abnormality narrowing-down means for narrowing down the correspondence procedure relevant to an input abnormality related information from the candidate memorized in the candidate memorizing means, an aligning means for aligning the correspondence procedure narrowed down by the abnormality narrowing-down means, an output means to output the correspondence procedure to the operator following the order aligned by the aligning means, an equipment information memorizing means for memorizing the equipment information regarding the maintenance of the game parlor equipment, and an equipment information updating means for updating the equipment information memorized in the equipment information memorizing means.
