PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing seeds from fruits enabling continuous, efficient and complete separation of a large amount of seeds from target fruits. SOLUTION: The device for removing seeds from fruits is provided with the following: a large-diameter roller 3; a small-diameter roller 5 facing the large-diameter roller 3 via a retracting gap t and rotating in a parallel direction with that of the large-diameter roller 3; and a fruit-charging guide 17 equipped above the retracted gap t. The width Y of the retracted gap t is smaller than that of the seed 7b of the target fruit 7. A connection straight line L connecting both of the rollers 3, 5 and center axes 3c, 5c, inclines based on a horizontal line F passing through the center axis 3c of the large-diameter roller 3 to position the top part 5a of the small-diameter roller 5 below the horizontal line F.
