PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bird injury-preventing device hardly causing a habituation against bird injury counter measures. SOLUTION: This bird injury-preventing device is provided by taking pictures of an area (objective area) becoming an object of watching, guessing the number of flying-in wild birds, and comparing the flying-in number with a threshold value set in advance at its initial setting time. In the case that the flying-in number is larger than the threshold value, the bird injury countermeasure is changed at random to a different bird injury countermeasure from that performed currently among a multiple number of countermeasures such as a scarecrow, distress call, etc. Also, such the changes of the bird injury countermeasures are performed at each of times set in advance at the initial setting time.
