PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING PACKAGING BAG, AND PACKAGING SYSTEM

A process for manufacturing a packaging bag through printing and bag-making operations sequentially performed, characterized by including the printing step of while unwinding (15) a plain laminate film furnished with a base material layer, a vapor deposition layer and a sealant layer, feeding the same to inkjet printer (17), then spraying an ultraviolet hardening ink composition through the head of the printer to thereby print a desired design involving merchandise information and pattern on a given surface of the base material layer of the laminate film, and thereafter carrying out ultraviolet irradiation (18) to thereby harden the ultraviolet hardening ink composition; and the subsequent bag-making step of feeding the printed laminate film to bag making and packaging machine (10) by which while forming (13) the laminate film into a tube, the lengthwise both end faces of the laminate film are longitudinally sealed and by which perpendicularly to the lengthwise direction of the laminate film, lateral sealing at given intervals is carried out to thereby accomplish bag-making.
