<p>The vehicle comprises a seat (12, 13) and a mast (10, 11) which are mounted on a chassis consisting of a central longitudinal beam (1) on each side of which there are articulated two lateral beams (6) that can move horizontally between a retracted transport position in which they lie along the central beam (1) and several deployed positions of use in each of which they make an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle, symmetrically or asymmetrically, with respect to the axis of the central beam (1). An element such as an orientable wheel (5) is mounted at the front of the central beam (1). Each free end of the lateral beams (6) has an element such as an orientable lateral wheel (8). Means are provided for indexing the orientation of the lateral wheels (8) and the aperture angle formed by the lateral beams (6) with respect to the axis of the central beam (1).
