A reliability detection system and a reliability detection method are provided to check the reliability for all information, which is supplied in a voice type, on an online or an offline, thereby detecting a false report easily. A transmitter(110) and a receiver(170) perform mutual communication using portable terminals, and a telecommunication network connects the transmitter and the receiver. A layered voice analysis server(130) automatically converts the transmitter or the receiver into a target person for voice analysis, extracts and analyzes voice of the target person, and provides the analyzed result to the transmitter or the receiver.
