<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a status where individual multilayer ceramic substrates are arranged after the baking process in such a case that the multilayer ceramic substrate is manufactured through the process to divide a mother multilayer ceramic substrate into individual multilayer ceramic substrates. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A composite laminated material A provided with an auxiliary layer 21 arranged in the side of one principal surface of a non-sintered mother multilayer ceramic substrate is formed by laminating a non-sintered mother multilayer ceramic substrate 40, and a projected structure material 20 formed of a material not sintered in the baking process respectively coupled with a region as an individual multilayer ceramic substrate 4a of the non-sintered mother multilayer ceramic substrate. (b) The auxiliary layer 21 arranged in one principal surface side is provided with a cutting groove 43 formed to prevent division, although it is divided into the each region to become individual multilayer ceramic substrates. (c) Thereafter, although the auxiliary layer is not subtantially sintered, it is sintered at the temperature at which non-sintered ceramic base material and projected groove material are sintered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
