<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cement mixer truck from being directed to an erroneous destination by adapting the destination of ready-mixed concrete and the mixer truck for actually delivering the ready-mixed concrete to the destination. <P>SOLUTION: A personal computer 11 for delivery instruction arranged in an office prepares a delivery slip for every delivery mixer truck written with a destination, delivery time, amount of delivery, formulation content, car number of the delivery mixer truck or the like and described with the car number of the delivery mixer truck with a bar code, and prints and outputs it. A control device 21 for a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant 20 manufactures the ready-mixed concrete based on the content described in the respective delivery slips and loads it in the mixer truck 30 of planned delivery.
