<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of assembling a lead-through member by the reduced number of parts easily and holding it firmly. <P>SOLUTION: In this grommet, a folding-back part 16 extended cylindrically along the direction of insertion of a hose 2 from one end of a holding part 12 is provided at a tip of the holding part 12 provided with an insertion hole 12a in which the hose 2 is inserted.
