OPERATION STATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an operation state management system with high convenience in which operation management is integrated with state management without requiring vehicle construction.

SOLUTION: The operation state management system is constituted of: a portable information terminal to which a GPS unit is connected; an operation management server which manages operation information indicating work content and work time regarding operation of a vehicle; a state management server which manages state information indicating when and where the portable information terminal exists as a moving object; a client terminal which acquires the operation information and the state information from the operation management server and the state management server and outputs them; and a communication line which communicably connects them with one another.
