<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the time of tree cutting without patrolling trees in advance. <P>SOLUTION: This tree cutting instruction device 1 is provided with an inputting part 2, a display part 3, a processing part 4 and a storing part 5. A facility data updating part 42 of the processing part 4 updates facility data 61 of the storing part 5 in the case of acquiring data about facility change from the inputting part 2. A tree data updating part 43 updates tree data 71 of the storing part 5 in the case of requiring a change in data by the facility change and in the case of acquiring data about tree cutting from the inputting part 2. A tree growth rate estimating part 44 estimates a future tree growth rate about a tree kind from tree growth rate data 81 and weather data 91 from the storing part 5. A cutting time estimating part 45 estimates a cutting time when trees grow to come into contact with a facility from the estimated tree growth rate, the height of the facility over the trees, or the like.
