PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To search a path on a node which has ample unreserved available bands in a radio ad hoc network, and to reserve a consumption band of communication in a relay node. SOLUTION: A band reservation control section 106 controls tentative reservation, reservation, and release of the band which consumes for transmitting and receiving packets, corresponding to contents of control information contained in incoming packet. A band reservation request section 109 generates a message for band reservation control packets, corresponding to a control result of the band reservation control section 106. A path search control section 110 generates a message for path control packets, corresponding to the control result of the band reservation control section 106. A packet generation section 101 generates band reservation control packets, based on the request of the band reservation request section 109 and generates path control packets, based on the request of the path search control section 110. A transmission processing section 102 performs predetermined transmission processings, with respect to the packets output from the packet generation section 101 and performs wire transmission with antenna 103.
