PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital communication method and a digital communication system by which multiple main stations and multiple terminals make an emergency communication without degrading the transfer efficiency of data. SOLUTION: A short period from reference time is allocated as a priority communication information window, and when priority communication is performed, information showing the contents thereof is added within the priority communication information window and transmitted from a main station. Then all terminals belonging to the main station preferentially receive the information of the priority communication information window to detect the contents of the priority communication.
