The invention relates to semiconductor instrument making, in particular to means for measurement and control of temperature. The appliance for temperature control consists of power source, semiconductor temperature sensor with frequency output and block of indication and control (BIC) that are electrically connected to each other, semiconductor temperature indicator made of at least four logical elements (LE), digital chip, each of those has at input two field transistors, at that input of next to last logical element is electrically connected to input of first by means of back coupling resistor (BCC) and output of last logical element connected to input of BCC. Besides that in the device to input of BIC several additional temperature sensors are connected, each of those is fed from separate power source, and to output of BCC thermo-controllers are additionally connected, number of those corresponds to number of temperature sensors. The invention provides quick and accurate information processing and simplification of design of devices for temperature control. |
