An installation for separation and sorting of solid-liquid mass, which includes a tank, a bunker, trays with conveyers, a installed compressed air system and vibration sources, is characterized by the fact that it is equipped with cylindrical tank with external pocket formed by external wall with a bottom of pocket, which is smoothly reduced toward two oppositely located pits, which pass into the trays with conveyers located on them and annular vertical wall, which, in turn, forms internal pocket with the bottom of this pocket connected with the bottom of tank by the annular internal vertical wall, which passes into the trays with conveyers installed in them and equipped from the inside with limiters with shock absorbers, and along the vertical axis inside the tank a float is mounted, which consists of lateral wall and has a form of truncated cone turned by large basis upward, the bottoms of float with windows and the distributor of the compressed air in the center connected by flexible hoses with air-dynamic converters of ultrasonic vibrations, conical cover, which central opening coincides and is hermetically connected with the opening of the perforated horizontally installed washtub-shaped table, hermetically and centrally overlapped by the cap and rigidly fastened on the periphery on the ring with racks, which with the aid of the shock absorbers is located on the bottom of tank equipped with a pipe for connection of air conduit to the distributor, in this case the face side of the middle wall changes toward the side of its increase with threshold device fastened on the stocks of hydraulic cylinders, which holds ring, with the aid of spline joint is secured a flat figured or profile ring, in this case the face side of the external wall in the height coincides with the height of trays and is located above face side of vertical middle wall, which coincides along horizontal with the upper surface of perforated washtub-shaped table and which, in turn, is higher than the face side of internal wall, and the air-dynamic converters of ultrasonic vibrations are fastened from internal sides to the conical cover, cap and side walls of float. |
