The invention relates to thermoelectric transducers of heat and electrical energy. A thermoelectric element comprises electrically commutating layers and branches of р- and n types. Part of side surfaces of branches abutted along perimeter to side edges comprises antidiffusion layers near end layers. Ratio of branches side surfaces area having antidiffusion layers andtotal area of side surfaces is chosen into interval 0<S/S≤20 %. Between surfaces of antidiffusion and commutating layers, solder layers locate. Side edges of branches have slots. The invention provides enhances of reliability and mechanical strength of thermoelectric element. |
