Integrated safety helmet, e.g. for motor cyclists, has a swing chin section with a carrier frame for functional units

The integrated safety helmet has a chin section (4) at the under side of the helmet, with a carrier (8) for a number of functional units with a decorative painted surface cover (9). The carrier is of injection molded plastics, with openings (13) forming a frame structure. The carrier is fastened to the helmet at a swivel joint (11) to swing the chin section upwards.
