Production of a corrugated turbulence metal sheet comprises feeding a flat strip (1) having a width (Bo) continuously to a first station in the advancing direction, forming separating sections (2) according to a prescribed pattern and extending the flat strip in the advancing direction in a second station so that the separating sections are deformed forming openings (2~). An independent claim is also included for a flat tube with the above corrugated turbulence metal sheet.
