A lid member for disposer equipment that realizes easily keeping the interior of disposer equipment clean. Cleaning agent storing part (300) is disposed inside barrel part (67) on the backside of lid member (11). The cleaning agent storing part (300) is fitted with cleaning agent package (200). When the operation of the disposer equipment (1) is switched to crushing motion for crushing of kitchen waste, not only crushing of kitchen waste by a crushing unit but also water supply into the interior of hopper (3) is started. The water supplied is fed through the lid member (11) into the interior of the hopper (3). At this stage, the water passing through the lid member (11) dissolves cleaning agent (206), and the resultant cleaning solution is fed into the interior of the hopper (3). When the crushing unit is driven, cleaning of the interior of the hopper (3) by the cleaning solution is carried out simultaneously with the crushing motion. Thus, the interior of the hopper (3) can be kept clean.
