A garden plant cultivation apparatus for outdoor and garden comprising a cultivation tube with a mounting hole to mount a garden plant growing vessel and a fixing part for fixing the cultivation tube is provided which is useful for cultivating garden plants in a wide space such as gardens of government and public offices, parks and the like. An outdoor garden plant cultivation apparatus consists of: a cultivation tube(20) with a mounting hole(24) at regular intervals to mount a cultivation vessel(10) planted with garden plants; and a plurality of tube fixing parts(30) fixed to a fixing plate(34) which is integrally formed with a plurality of mounting racks at the upper part to mount the cultivation tube. The plurality of mounting racks is formed at two different heights.
