<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of utilizing various web applications as a web service. <P>SOLUTION: A half-structured data generating device executes processing as required and generates half-structured data as a result of the processing. In a half-structured data structuring device 11, a config file reading part 22 reads an extraction rule for extracting an element constituting structured data from the half-structured data and a structuring rule for structuring an element to generate structured data. Then, an element extracting part 23 extracts the element from the half-structured data generated by the half-structured data generating device according to the extraction rule.
