PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology whereby a change in the field angle of a picked up image can easily be grasped. SOLUTION: A display control apparatus for a vehicle disclosed herein determines an aspect ratio of the imaged image in the case of displaying the image on a display apparatus on the basis of the field angle of the image by a camera and adjusts the longitudinal/lateral length of the picked up image so as to obtain the determined aspect ratio.
