PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which accurately obtains interactions between explanatory variables which determine a target variable. SOLUTION: An interaction detector includes: a first correlation operation means which operates correlations between respective limiting elements; and a first interaction term extraction means which extracts limiting elements having less correlation with an arbitrary limiting element, as limiting elements having interactions with the arbitrary limiting element in a system prescribed by a plurality of limiting elements.
