PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission control device using an electric motor for quick shift operation. SOLUTION: The transmission control device is provided for driving the electric motor 20 during shift operation, and comprises a first line 30 including a battery 5 and the electric motor 20, a first switching circuit 32 provided on the first line 30, a second line 40 provided in parallel to the first line 30, a capacitor 45 provided on the second line, and a second switching circuit 42 provided on the second line 40. The transmission control device has such a first driving pattern that, when the first switching circuit 32 is turned off, the second switching circuit 42 is changed over into the direction of storing electricity in the capacitor 45, and when the electric motor is driven, the first switching circuit 32 is turned on and the second switching circuit 42 is changed over into the direction of discharging electricity from the capacitor 45 to the electric motor 20 to drive the electric motor 20 by the battery 5 and the capacitor 45.
