PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide GLP-1 analogues which have higher activities than that of native glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) or are metabolically stable. SOLUTION: Glucagon-like peptide-1 analogues and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided, wherein the peptide analogues consist mainly of specific about 36 to 39C sequence amino acids or analogues thereof, contain alkyl or acyl derivatives in stead of amino acids in a partial chain, and increase metabolic stability.
