PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable composition capable of forming in high productivity in a short time a high-hardness cured coating film with a low refractive index and high transparency, and to provide a laminated form bearing such cured coating film and suitable as an optical component material of low reflectivity. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable composition comprises (A) a siloxane compound, (B) inorganic microparticles 1.40 or lower in refractive index and 100 nm or smaller in number-average particle size, and (C) an active energy ray-sensitive acid generator. This composition gives cured film preferably 1.42 or lower in refractive index. In this composition, it is more preferable that the siloxane compound A be a hydrolyzed condensate of a specific alkyl silicate and a specific alkoxysilane. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
