PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference of a work and reduction of positioning accuracy by slimming of a pin while strongly ensuring attraction force of a plate material in a conveying device provided with a conveying belt having a permanent magnet. SOLUTION: In an attraction unit U1, a support member 131 and the permanent magnet 103 are clamped by two sheets of link plates 101 opposed to each other and the fastening state is firmly maintained by press-fitting of a bushing 110 comprising a stainless steel. Therefore, the direction of a normal line of a plate-like surface of the support member 131 is always certainly maintained in a y-axis direction. Namely, the stable orientation state of such a support member 131 is based on effective support/fastening action by the link plate 101 as an outer attachment reinforcement member surface-contacted with an outer surface of the support member 131, supporting this by a wide surface and not provided conventionally, and the bushing 110 not provided conventionally.
