PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installing structure of a guide pipe in a sunroof device capable of enhancing the rigidity of a rear portion of a sunshade rail projecting backward of a vehicle over a guide rail of a roof panel and the rigidity of the guide pipe of a cable. SOLUTION: In the installing structure of the guide pipe in the sunroof device 1 comprising cables C1, C2 for opening/closing a roof panel 4 by the push-pull operation, guide rails 5, 5 for guiding the opening/closing operation of the roof panel 4, and sunshade rails 20, 20 for guiding the opening/closing operation of a sunshade panel, the guide pipes P1-P4 of the cables C1, C2 are arranged along a rear portion of the sunshade rail 20 projecting backward of a vehicle over a rear end of the guide rail 5, and the guide pipes P1-P4 are fixed to the rear portion of the sunshade rail 20.
