PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the height of a game machine island by conveying game media in the horizontal direction without applying machining to the surface of a conveying path or adding components and without driving the conveying path itself. SOLUTION: The game medium conveying device is installed on the upper part of the game machine island, in which a game machine and a game medium dispenser are alternately disposed, for feeding game media 4 in the roughly horizontal direction and feeding the game media 4 being conveyed to the game machine or the game medium dispenser from a replenishing chute 6. The game medium conveying device is composed of the conveying path with a partition wall and a flat conveying path surface 11; a rotary member which is disposed inside the conveying path and which has a plurality of conveying plates 25 with a game medium conveyor belt 27 and a guide belt 28 formed on the surface in the direction of conveyance of the game media 4; and a driving mechanism for the rotary member. The game media 4 loaded into the conveying path are conveyed downstream in the conveying path from the game medium conveyor belt 27 by the rotation of the rotary member, conveyed to the replenishing chute 6 disposed on a side of the conveying path from the guide belt 28, and fed to the game machine or game medium dispenser.
