PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of a worker by facilitating the work when the replacement of a front surface door is performed. SOLUTION: A key switch 85 is provided on a key cylinder 20. When an unlocking key 22 is inserted in the key cylinder 20, the insertion section 86b of a pin 86 which has entered the cylinder section 75 of the key cylinder 20 is pressed, and moves while resisting the urging of a coil spring 87. When the pin 86 moves, the pressing section 86c of the pin 86 presses a first contact terminal 88, and makes the first contact terminal 88 come into contact with a second contact terminal 89. By the contact of the first contact terminal 88 with the second contact terminal 89, the key switch 85 is placed under an ON state, and therefore, a game control device outputs a power supply stopping signal to a lamp control device and a sound control device. Thus, the stoppage of the power supply to an illumination board which incorporates the upper door and a speaker, so that the output of a performance starting signal are regulated.
