PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation display device with excellent visibility, with a liquid crystal panel hardly causing deteriorate and dew-condensation. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal panel 38 to be visually recognized through a transparent window 43 in a panel cover 20 is provided on a control device 41. The operation display device has a transparent case 48 to cover the liquid crystal panel 38, and a notch 48b is provided on the lower face of the transparent case 48. A gap is formed between the notch and the control device 41 when the transparent case is attached to the control device 41. A moisture preventive potting agent 46 is filled on the front and rear faces of the control device 41 inside/outside of the transparent case 48, and one or a plurality of apertures 48c are formed on the side face of the transparent case 48 covering the liquid crystal panel 38 so that the pressures on the outside and inside of the transparent case 48 are the same. With this structure, dew-condensation is not generated on the surface of the liquid crystal panel 38, and therefore, the liquid crystal panel 38 hardly deteriorates and the reliability can be enhanced.
