A process for preparation of building products comprises grinding of silica raw material, it interfusion with water solution of alkali metal hydroxide, cooling of gel-like sticky mass and grinding of obtained flew to polydispersed material. The interfusion is carried out at temperature of chemical reaction of raw material mixture till turning it into hydrosilicate of alkali metal. After the grinding the obtained polydispersed material is predried, after that is divided by size in two fractions and to the smaller by the granulometric composition the binding substance is added, is mixed and from the obtained raw material mixture the building walling products in form of plates and blocks are formed. |
