A magnet frame structure for a reciprocating motor and a fabrication method thereof are provided to minimize a motor of the same capacity by fixing a magnet even to a small space by a glass fiber. A magnet frame structure for a reciprocating motor includes a magnet frame(10), plural magnets(20), a first magnet supporting ring(30), a second magnet supporting ring(40), a plate fixing ring(50), and a magnet fixing ring(60). The magnet frame is disposed to be movable between a cylindrical outer stator and a cylindrical inner stator. The plural magnets are arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the magnet frame at even intervals. The first magnet supporting ring is coupled with the magnet frame to support one end of the magnet. The second magnet supporting ring is coupled with the magnet frame to support the other end of the magnet. The plate fixing ring couples the magnet frame with the second magnet supporting ring. The magnet fixing ring firmly fixes the magnet to the magnet frame with covering outer peripheral surfaces of the magnet, the first and second magnet supporting rings, and the plate fixing ring.
