<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle capable of improving a running response when a driver requests sport running. <P>SOLUTION: The control device for the hybrid vehicle comprises an engine; a motor-generator; a first engaging element interposed between the engine and the motor-generator to connect and disconnect the engine and motor-generator; a first fastening element control means for controlling fastening and release of the first fastening element; an automatic transmission interposed between the motor-generator and driving wheels to shift and transmit the output rotation of the motor-generator to the driving wheels: and a shift mode switching means for switching an automatic shift mode of automatically switching a gear stage according to a running state, and a manual shift mode of switching the gear stage according to the driver's selection, wherein an engine separation forbidding means is further provided for outputting a command to the first fastening element control means to forbid the release of the first fastening element when the shift mode is switched to the manual shift mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
