<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce leakage of a magnetic flux that occurs on the primary coil of a motor by increasing loss of the motor and inverter to prevent abnormal vibration or noises of the motor, relating to an induction motor of open winding type. <P>SOLUTION: In the open winding type induction motor of which a plurality of pairs of primary coils are connected to single-phase inverters, a control device of the single-phase inverter group independently controls magnitude and polarity of zero-phase current, flowing through the primary coil of each pair. The control device comprises a means 501 for detecting, for example, zero-phase current from the output current of the single-phase inverters, a means 502 for setting polarity to be the magnitude of a zero-phase current command value of each pair, an adjusting means 503 which generates a zero-phase voltage command value of each pair so that deviation between the zero-phase current detection value of each pair and the zero-phase current command value of each pair is eliminated, with a polarity having been set, and an addition means which adds the zero-phase voltage command value of each pair and each phase voltage command value of each pair together, to generate the output voltage command value of a single-phase inverter group of each pair. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
