PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which enables an enjoyment of the process of a lottery for a fall judgement under a specified game state, and at the same time, which can make a game player actually feel that the fall judgement is performed by a different probability for each start winning port, and can increase the amusement of the game. SOLUTION: A game ball which has entered a first start winning port 8A and a second start winning port 8B is guided to a sorting device 9. The sorting device is equipped with an upper accessory 92 and a lower accessory 94. The upper accessory 92 has general regions 92A and 92B, and a drop region 92C. Also, the lower accessory 94 has a fall region 94A, a probability variable region 94B and a general region 94C. When the game ball enters the fall region 94A under a probability variable game state, the game state is shifted to a normal game state.
