PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce processing burden using an event handler. SOLUTION: A custom-made handler which performs a plurality of processes corresponding to a plurality of pieces of event information of an XML document is stored in a custom-made handler storage area 133. When the plurality of pieces of event information generated by analyzing XML documents by a second event controller 126 are in agreement with a plurality of pieces of event information corresponding to the custom-made handler, the custom-made handler concerned is read and performs the process.
