PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically connect cable members of double structures wired inside each of a headrest and a seat back with each other by mounting the headrest on the seat back. SOLUTION: This cable connecting structure is for connecting the first cable member 100 wired in the headrest 3 and the second cable member 200 wired in the seat back 2. A connecting end part of the first cable member 100 is wired inside a tubular stay 50. A connecting end part of the second cable member 200 is wired on an upper side of an insertion port 61 and is held by a support 60. At the connecting end part, a lock device 300 capable of being engaged to the connecting end part of the first cable member 100 is provided. By inserting the stay 50 into the insertion port 61, outer members 110 and 210 with each other and inner members 120 and 220 with each other are connected, respectively, by the lock device 300.
