A method for protecting of graphite wares from oxidation comprises percolation of wares by alkoxylane sol, holding in ammonia medium, drying and thermal treatment at a 1230-1270 °C. The leakage is carried out at a temperature of -1 - +3 °C for 5-8 hours, after that wares are hold in ammonia medium for 5-12 minutes, and after that on air at a temperature of 18-25 °C for 1-1.5 days, washed in flow water with ССladditive by the simultaneous ultrasonic treatment of 50 Hz frequency for 25-50 sec. The wares are dried at 140-160 °C for 45-60 minutes, but the thermal treatment is carried out for 20-30 minutes in atmosphere of air. The raise of graphite wares firmness and oxidation resistance are provided. |
