The invention consists of a method and apparatuses thereof arranged to transmit at least one data transmission between at least one first radio station (1) and at least one second radio station (10) in a radio communications system (1000), comprising the steps of allocating at least one portion of an available spectrum for said at least one data transmission, said at least one portion comprising of a number of adjacent sub-carriers; error protecting said at least one data transmission, wherein said error protecting is distributed in an unequal manner throughout said at least one portion allocated for said at least one data transmission, and transmitting said data transmission upon completion of said error protection.
