A network TV system comprises: a TV program providing apparatus for providing digital or analog TV program streams; a network TV access device connected to the TV program providing apparatus, and used for receiving the TV program streams from the TV program providing device and processing the TV program streams; an interconnection communication processing device connected to the network TV access device and used for translating the acquired digital multimedia TV program streams into the power line carrier signal and outputting it. In addition, a TV set device, a TV control method, an audio playing system, an audio playing control method, anda method for implementing remote control of an audio playing device, are provided.
