The present invention relates to a cloth having high visibility, and a method of producing the same. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a fluorescent/luminescent polyurethane film having improved visibility, luminance and strength, and a method of producing the same. Additionally, the present invention provides a method of producing a backing cloth for lamination having high visibility. The present invention also provides a method of producing a fluorescent/luminescent cloth having high visibility that is laminated with a fluorescent/luminescent polyurethane film having improved visibility, luminance and strength.
