Method and moulding core for producing a fibre composite component (1), i n particular for aerospace, having the following method steps: forming a mou lding core (4) that comprises a predetermined number of hollow bodies (7) fo r defining an external geometry of the moulding core (4), the hollow bodies (7) being designed such that they extend in the longitudinal direction of th e moulding core (4) and are expandable elastically at least in their lateral direction, and are fixed to one another, the formed moulding core (4) havin g a flexible outer layer (16) for smoothing the contour of its outer surface s, and a core sleeve (9) surrounding the moulding core (4), for sealing the moulding core (4) from the fibre composite component (1) to be produced; pla cing at least one fibre semi-finished product (3), at least in places, on th e moulding core (4) that has been formed, in order to shape at least one mou lding section (14) of the fibre composite component (1) to be produced; and applying heat and/or pressure to the at least one moulding section (14) in o rder to produce the fibre composite component (1). |
