<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet image recording method which has moderate wettability for many kinds of media, ensures sufficient wettability for the flow passage inner wall of a head or an ink supply system as well, assures exhaustibility of air bubbles and supply of ink, ensures the stability of ink discharge even in high-speed outputting, suppresses occurrence of satellites in discharge and thus can prevent deterioration of an image. <P>SOLUTION: In the inkjet image recording method wherein ink liquid droplets are discharged from nozzles of a recording head and an image pattern is formed on the opposite surface of a recording medium, the static surface tension of the ink discharged is 25-35 mN/m and the dynamic surface tension of the ink at the time of formation of the ink liquid droplet by the discharge is higher by 10 mN/m or above than the static surface tension, while the amount of re-extrusion of a meniscus at the time of discharge of the ink is equal to or smaller than the radius of the nozzle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
