<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output object to which post-processing is performed as much as possible while preventing the rupture of an RFID tag added to paper in an image forming apparatus equipped with a post-processing device and capable of using paper with an RFID tag. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus equipped with the post-processing device for performing the prescribed post-processing to the paper where an image has been formed and capable of using the paper to which a non-contact type data carrier device is added is equipped with: a position information acquiring means for acquiring the position information of the non-contact type data carrier device on the paper; a post-processing position determination means for determining a post-processing position where the post-processing is performed to the paper where the image has been formed based on the position information of the non-contact type data carrier device; and a control means for controlling the post-processing device so that the post-processing may be performed at the post-processing position determined by the post-processing position determination means on the paper where the image has been formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
