<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain airbag capable of effectively protecting an occupant even when a vehicle collides in an oblique direction. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of chambers 11b, 11c, 11d are connected, and gas is supplied to an auxiliary chamber 12a, and the respective chambers 11b, 11c, 11d from an inflator. The auxiliary chamber 12a is fixed in a crossing direction with a connecting direction of the chambers 11b, 11c, 11d, overlapping with the chamber 11b.
