<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance support information generation apparatus which instructs where a finger for pressing no key is positioned. <P>SOLUTION: For every music data ME[0] to [N], which represents respective sounds composing a music and indicates fingers for pressing the respective sounds, a position coordinate me.sfigPos[ifig] of the finger for pressing the key, a position coordinates me.sfigPos[ifig] of the finger for pressing no key, and a position coordinate sHandPos of a hand, are generated and registered.
